Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Lumier website and waitlist — what we do with the name and email address you give us when you sign up. When Lumier's product launches, an expanded privacy policy will govern the product; we'll post it here and update the date above.
Who we are
This site and waitlist are run by the team behind Lumier. If you have any question about your information, or want off the list, email us at hello@lumier.one.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address— that's all we ask you for.
- Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address) to keep the site running and secure, and we can see which link or campaign referred you.
We don't collect anything else — no payment details and no account.
Why we collect it
We use your name and email only to let you know when Lumier is available and to send occasional launch updates; your name is used to personalize those emails. You give them to us voluntarily to join the waitlist, and joining is your consent to receive those emails — which you can withdraw anytime (see §7).
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to run the site, and we don't use third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the waitlist — an email delivery provider (to send you the launch emails) and our website host (to run the site and store the list). They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Where it's stored and how long we keep it
Your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you're outside the US, you understand it's transferred there. We keep it until Lumier launches or until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Removing you from the waitlist just deletes your name and email from our list.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime — every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can always email us at hello@lumier.one.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just ask.
- We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
- If you're in Canada, you may withdraw your consent and ask to access or correct your information at any time.
We'll act on any request promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy; if we do, we'll change the effective date above. At product launch, a full privacy policy will replace this one.
